Maloney has received support from more than 5,000 individual donors

NEW YORK, NY - This week, Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney filed with over $456,000 raised for her re-election campaign in the 4th Quarter with more than $1,000,000 cash on hand, exceeding what she raised during this same period in 2019. More than 5,000 individuals made contributions to her campaign and over 4,000 individuals contributed $100 or less.

“I am grateful and humbled by the generosity and outpouring of support for my campaign. During a difficult time for New Yorkers, I am proud that we have come together in a display of unity to show our steadfast commitment to the betterment of our City as we recover from COVID-19. New Yorkers know firsthand what it means to fight, and I am proud to have fought alongside them COVID-19 aid, vaccine access, and relief for renters, gig workers, and small businesses. I love New York City, and I am so proud to represent the 12th District in Congress.”

Maloney is a tireless advocate for the Green New Deal, Medicare for All, and the people of the 12th Congressional District. Ranked #2 most effective leader in Congress by GovTrack, her prolific legislative accomplishments for the district include fighting for women, families, and the working people of NY-12. Already this Congress, Carolyn has brought more than $6B in relief to the City of New York, introduced the Federal Agency Climate PREP Act to ensure that the federal government has a plan to tackle climate change, and taken on the CEOs of the major oil companies who have all contributed to climate disinformation. Maloney has been outspoken about abortion rights, for Equal Rights Amendment Certification, and the importance of protecting a woman’s right to choose around the nation.
